The INGENIUM center is an association dedicated to providing comprehensive therapeutic support for families with children. Operating as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Poland's mental health sector, Ingenium specializes in delivering services directly to individual clients (B2C).

The main focus was on exploring ready-made third-party solutions to streamline the daily operations of the association and its members.
We also sought opportunities to reduce current administrative and operational costs, as well as define methods for acquiring new funds.
