3D Estate is a global provider of technology supporting the presentation, promotion, and sale of real estate development projects. The company creates fully automated, interactive 3D visualisations of apartments and interactive models of investments in the primary market.

Product

3D Estate's web applications, available on the market since 2018, offer a fully interactive experience based on 3D technology. Thanks to them, a potential buyer can thoroughly examine every aspect of a real estate project—online and on any device, without special technical requirements.

Goal

Making a good product even better.

The primary objective was redesigning the existing solution to facilitate its future evolution. From a business standpoint, the focus was on achieving high scalability with relatively low maintenance costs. For end users, the key aspect was ensuring usability and ease of navigation through the comprehensive solution, ultimately enabling them to reach their purchasing goal.

3D presenter is a SaaS solution for B2B market clients (real estate development companies, sales agencies, rental entities). The needs of representatives from this group primarily focus on the effective presentation and sale of their real estate offerings. In addition, there is the need to support legal requirements or handle additional regulations from the property market.

However, the direct beneficiaries of the solution are users from the B2C segment—potential buyers actively looking for housing offers. Their needs are defined by the desire to find the best offer, even though the purchase decision is difficult in itself.

No less important in the design decision-making process were 3D Estate's needs arising from the business strategy and the dynamically changing market. These had a significant impact on product modeling.
